Antony Smith

Background
Antony is an experienced coach who has achieved success with high-performance athletes. He recently led the team at Lady Eleanor Holles School to consecutive wins at the National Schools' Regatta in the Championship Eight category from 2019 to 2021.
Before becoming Head of Rowing at LEH, Antony worked under Bobby Thatcher at St Paul’s School, where he guided athletes to numerous victories at the National Schools’ Regatta, Henley Royal Regatta, and World Championships. During his five years at SPS Rowing, Antony helped the 2018 cohort develop from J14s to J18s.
