European Championships

The 2024 European Rowing Championships took place on the 25-28th of April in Szeged, Hungary.

Both Emily Craig and Henry Fieldman were selected as part of the British team. Unfortunately Emily had to withdraw from racing due to medical reasons, thus unable to defend her European title, however UL was still well represented by Henry and the plethora of ex-UL GBRT support staff.

Henry Fieldman coxed the GB womens eight. They placed 2nd in the race for lanes, and after sitting in first place for the first half, they finished 2nd behind a strong Romanian eight.
