The University of London Boat Club supports all its athletes by covering race entries, transport to events, racing kit and subsidising post training meals and club training camps.  For those athletes who are competing at the top level of the sport they will receive assistance in covering the extra costs associated with this.

There is also support available from the university in the form of the Convocation Trust.  This funding is available through the university to help cover the costs associated with international representation.

Some individual college sports department also have sport bursaries available to students of those colleges.  These vary in form from cash bursaries to support services such as physiotherapy and strength and conditioning.  We fully support our athletes in applying for these bursaries and expect our rowers to be at a sufficient level to receive support from their colleges.  See links below.

In addition to sports scholarships/bursaries there are also a number of academic scholarships available, particularly for graduate students. We encourage potential students to investigate these with the department of study they are considering (if you need any guidance please contact our Coaching Staff).
